Welcome to the International Christian Church!
We are an independent Christian congregation founded by American theologian Earl Stuckenbruck in Tuebingen in 1949. While we worship in German, we have a monthly English service and are very international. Our church is focused on reaching out to the large international community in Tuebingen. We currently have members from the following countries (Germany, UK, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, USA, Lebanon, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Cameroon, Greece, Romania, Indonesia, etc.)We believe in the Bible as God’s inspired Word and we want to follow the Lord Jesus Christ in faith and the example of the early Church in the New Testament.
We believe that even people today can lead fulfilled lives in a living relationship to Jesus and in fellowship with other believers in Him. Therefore, we meet every Sunday to have fellowship and to honor God, who sent His Son Jesus Christ for us to save us from eternal death. Like the early Church, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper every Sunday to remember His death for us. We believe and know that, through Jesus and the Holy Spirit, God stands by us in all of life’s situations. That is why we pray for one another and for everyone looking for help.
